The spirals leading away from the central Chakana (symbol of balance between dualities, shape used for measurement), ground us to the earth, creating a harmonic balance between ourselves and the land.
This product was carefully made in Peguche, Otavalo, Ecuador by Kichwa artist Pedro Maldonado.
