Paypura encompasses the concept of duality. In Andean cosmology, dualities are key to understanding how to live in a good way (sumak kawsay). For example, knowing of the time to plant seeds and when to harvest them is important for our survival. Even being aware of the importance of the day just as much as the night is crucial for finding personal and communal balance.
